In addition to the focus and profound expertise in Property law and Dispute resolution usual for all colleagues practicing in this area, thanks to being located in England and further regulated by the SRA of England and Wales I am able/obliged to:

  • Provide services to the quality and standards you are familiar with and used to, including among all regarding issues like transparency, integrity, professional insurance, dealing with client’s money and similar;

  • Act as “commissioner for oaths” in England, which enables me to offer some unique services such as one-stop, end-to-end property conveyance, respectively our clients have the option to buy/sell a Bulgarian property without the need to travel personally to Bulgaria and deal separately with the embassy, notary, agent, etc.;

  • Meet you in England to discuss in person your case in all details at every stage of our cooperation. I understand that even in times when everything goes online and is done distantly the legal services are one of the areas where the personal contact is still appreciated, especially when the case is of relative high value which is usual when property is involved;

 
Price/Fees

 

The way we charge for our services depends on the particular assignment and its particularities but always aiming to offer the most appropriate and cost-effective price approach. In most cases it is either calculated based on the effectively spend billable hours with £95 per hour being our Standard fee, or a fixed/capped fee usually most suitable for property conveyance and representing at court. In most cases related to dispute resolution and litigation we accept also to be paid based on success (“no win, no fee”) as we are sure that we will also assess your success chances professionally and fairly. 

In ALL cases we provide services, no matter how our fees are calculated we promise that:

The way and the fee we charge will be agreed in advance and we would never invoice you for anything which has not been discussed and clearly agreed in advance;

When we agree to a certain figure, no matter how we came to it, based on billable hour estimate, fixed fee or any other way of calculation, we would never change it afterwords. No ifs and buts, you could rest assured that we will be as good as our words as we know how important is trust in the client-solicitor relations.
